Currently cloning Android doesn't work because Android games are treated differently then every other system. I disabled to ability to create Android clones for now in the latest version.

The full release will be in a couple of days (hopefully), but if you can't wait the RetroArch core name is stella2014_libretro_android.so . The other parameters are the same as all other RetroArch cores.
