Spinning dots on screenshots?

I have quite a few box art and screenshots. I'd say 50,000+ between the two.

I noticed the other day, when I scroll around my games, the previews screenshots will have four dots spinning around as if they are loading (the screenshot is already showing).

This is after it has been working fine for a while.

Has anyone experienced this?


Here's an example. Those blue dots spin in a circle.

    I found out that if I turn play videos off on the preview pane, the issue goes away.
