Game Hooked To DIG
I recently played a game on the DIG emulator and now my main N64 emulator won't recognize it in the folder. I don't know how to put in cheats for the game on DIG, and if I can't, I have no idea how to get my original emulator to recognize it... Even deleting the file and re-downloading it doesn't fix the problem. What do I do?

What you are saying makes zero sense. Dig is a frontend, not an emulator.
