Missing support for NeoCD core retroarch

I am not able to link my roms to the NeoCD core through dig, I am guessing this core is not supported yet?

Dig is also not able to find my Neo Geo CD roms, not even by scanning manually or trying to add them manually to the system. They are a set of iso/wav/cue files and the cue file is the one that needs to be run by the NeoCD core.

    I'm on 1.38.2, which was updated about 3 days ago, and NeoCD is now an option. Think it came with update 1.38.1 (if I remember correctly). If it's not public, see if you can join as a beta tester in the playstore
