Video not working in Mi Box

First of all thank you for this software is awesome , i just have a little problem , in my mobile the video previews of the games work perfectly taking the videos from youtube so is really nice to see the game preview, but in my tv box (mi box) the video never load , do you have any idea why this is happending and how to solve?
