Why are my box covers not showing up?

Hi there,

thanks for a great and comprehensive frontend, first of all.

I do have a strange problem though. All of my MS-DOS box covers are not showing up, the titles were matched to their metadata accordingly and I can see all the thumnbails in the Covers > pc folder on my sd card. But they won't show up in the frontend. Doesn't matter what view I choose.

Even when downloading the box covers manually, they will be put into the correct "pc" folder but won't show up.

What am I doing wrong?

Help would be much appreciated.

Hi, this might be the same bug I found out a while back.

Dig downloads the correct artwork for Ms-dos but saves the png file wrong: as an example "Grand Prix.zip.png" but it should be "Grand Prix.png". Apparently Dig needs both these filenames to display correctly.

If this is the same issue then locate the Covers directory Ms-dos for Dig and locate each artwork filename and copy it and paste (keep both).

Then rename the new file by removing the ".zip(1)" part.

Bit of a pain but worked okay for me.
