Sega saturn
All right, people? I wanted to ask you a question ... The systems of yours are appearing the games in the sega saturn? I've tried everything until manual search, but it does not find anything, even defining the correct folder.
It looks like you're new here. If you want to get involved, click one of these buttons!

Have you tried doing this.
Enable all systems.
So go to systems, select the 3 dots options on the top right and make sure 'All systems' is ticked.
Now select the Sega Saturn, select top right 3 dots option again and select 'manage system',scroll down to 'rom paths.
When that opens up select the 'add' option then browse to your saturn rom folder and add.
Sometimes this way is needed rather than just going to options setting, rom scanning way.
That way you can manually set the rom path even if Dig doesnt detect roms correctly or at all.

https://digdroid.com/forums/discussion/172/sega-saturnIt could be that the game images you have are in a unsupported format. For example I don't think MDF/mds files are supported. You could try zipping the image and see if dig detects it then.
I found the problem ... I had unintentionally ignored the system on the menu. That's why it didn't appear to me. thanks
