Sega Saturn - Yaba Sanshiro doesn't start

Trying to start Saturn Games from the Frontend, but it don't start Yaba Sanshiro.
When I use the emulator by itself, runs good.
Do I have to change something in start parameters of the Frontend?

Installed older version (2.1.5). Now it works.
Tried that, wont recognize roms.
